Passport
You must send your physical passport- copies cannot be used for visa issuance. Your passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date you plan to depart the country you intend to work and at least 2 adjacent blank pages. Foreign passport holders (i.e. not Australian or N.Z.) must submit an immigration residency permit showing at least two years of residency.
Passport-Style Photographs
You must provide passport photographs that meet Passport Photograph Regulations. Recently taken, showing current appearance with a white background. Please ensure that there is no damage to these photos. Please do not staple or glue the photos to the application form.
Visa Requirements
-One (1) Application Form, signed and dated
-Two (2) Passport Photo (must be signed on the back)
-Applicants original passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
-Appropriate applicable embassy visa fee, see below for current prices and acceptable forms of payment.
-Travel Itinerary or airway ticket
Note:
Visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issue: you must enter Uganda within three months of the date of issue.

Embassy Visa Fees
$150 each in the form of Cash, Cheque or Money order (made out to the Uganda High Commission)
The above estimated fees are for Consulate/Embassy visa fee and CLS processing fee:
• The fees above are quoted for ONE Australian passport holder traveler
• For payment of visa fees via money order, an additional $7.00 will be charged for the purchase of the money order
• For return courier, additional fees will be incurred.

Once the applicant has completed all required forms and documentation, signed were applicable; please provide it along with the applicant's passport to CLS' office in Canberra. After all of the correct documentation has been received, we will begin the visa processing stage in association with the Embassy or Consulate
