General Information
Brazil Visas - whether you're looking for a tourist, business or work visa for Brazil CLS can help you Passport You must send your physical passport; copies cannot be used for visa issuance. Your passport must be valid and contain sufficient blank visa pages. Visas are stamps affixed to the blank "visa" pages of your passport. Amendment pages (clearly marked as such) in the back of your passport are not acceptable for visa issuance. The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date you plan to depart the country you intend to visit. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one prior to obtaining the visa.
Passport-Style Photographs Passport photographs must meet Passport Photograph Regulations; recently taken and showing current appearance on a white, plain background. Ensure that there is no damage to these photos and do not staple or glue the photos to the application.
Visa Requirements ♦ Applicants physical passport valid for a minimum of 6 months.
♦ One (1) Application form (white paper): Please ensure that this form is fully filled, signed and dated at the bottom. Please note that every applicant must complete Item 19 of the visa application form. Here, the applicant must explain precisely what they are going to do while in Brazil. For especially complex trips, the applicant may submit details on an extra sheet of paper if necessary. For children under the age of 18 please ensure that both the childs parents sign the application form on behalf of the child. Also, if a question does not apply to you please ensure that you write 'not applicable' in full. Please follow the below link and complete the On-line visa system, print off the final form and sign it and then forward it to us in the office with your other documents. ♦ One (1) recently-taken passport size photograph, front view. No other photographs are accepted.
♦ Appropriate applicable visa fee, please see below for current visa fees and acceptable forms of payment.
♦ Proof of Residency must also be provided; In form of-Phone, electricity or water bill. Photcopy of a Photographic proof of ID is also suitable (Ie. Drivers License/Proof of Age Card)
♦ Round trip air ticket or complete itinerary with passenger's name. The itinerary should mention when and where the passenger is entering and leaving Brazil, even if it is by bus or other transport. Itinerary must be on airline or travel agent's letterhead paper, or identified with travel agency / airline stamp. Itinerary must also show dates and cities in Brazil of entry and departure (for airline employees only, ID card and support letter from employer replace ticket or itinerary).
♦ Letter from the applicant's employer or sponsoring company, on their letterhead stationary, addressed to the Embassy, signed and clearly stating the precise nature of the business to be conducted by applicant in Brazil, , duration of stay, and assuming financial responsibility for his/her maintenance whilst in Brazil.
♦ Yellow fever Immunization is compulsory to enter Brazil if you come from or through one of the countries listed below. If this is your case, please attach an International Certificate of Immunization to your passport when applying for a visa:

Visa Fee
A$ 112.00 is applicable per Business visa. (Australian Passport Holder)
All fees are payable in Australia Post Money Order ONLY, made out to the 'Brazilian Embassy.' Other money orders, cheques or credit cards ARE NOT accepted.
Processing Time Visas can be processed within 20 working days given that the required documents are provided and that all requirements and conditions are met. Once all applicable required forms and documentation has been fully completed and signed were applicable (as per above) and your passport is supplied, please send to our office in Canberra and we will begin the visa processing stage in association with the embassy. Please also ensure that once you have completed all applicable forms and supplied your passport that you also fully complete and signed.
