Itinerary
Completed and finalized travel itinerary showing dates of entry and exit into Ukraine, the itinerary must be confirmed

Print out of confirmation for accommodation must be provided
Letter of invitation
A letter of invitation from a Ukrainian or Australian tourist agency with tour details or hotel booking confirmatio.
