You must send your physical passport; copies cannot be used for visa issuance. Your passport must be valid and contain sufficient blank visa pages. Visas are stamps affixed to the blank "visa" pages of your passport. Amendment pages (clearly marked as such) in the back of your passport are not acceptable for visa issuance. The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date you plan to depart the country you intend to visit. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one prior to obtaining the visa.
Passport-Style Photographs
Passport photographs must meet Passport Photograph Regulations; recently taken and showing current appearance with a white background. Ensure that there is no damage to these photos and do not staple or glue the photos to the application.
Visa Requirements
1-Applicants Passport with minimum validity for six months.
2-One (1) Application form: Please ensure that this form is fully filled, signed and dated at the bottom. Also, if a question does not apply to you please ensure that you write 'not applicable'.
3-Two (2) recent passport size photographs (Not older than six months) attached at the top right corner of form with name written on the back.
4-Confirmed travel itinerary showing points of Entry and Exit of Pakistan.
5-Both parent's consent duly attested by J.P may be asked for processing visa for children.
6-Appropriate applicable embassy visa fee, please see below for exact charges and acceptable forms of payment.
Note
♦ If any of the particulars/information furnished are found to be incorrect/withheld visa is liable to be cancelled at any time. Incomplete and unsigned applications will not be processed.
♦ Persons proceeding to Pakistan on specific assignments (Business/Conferences/Seminars etc) should enclose letter/documents from their employer/sponsors giving all details such as the nature of the assignment, duration of visit etc.
♦ Persons travelling on Diplomatic/Official passports are required to attach Note Verbal or TPN letter from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
♦ Application for visa from nationals of countries, other than Australia and Fiji, will be processed only if they are holding Resident Visas of these countries.
♦ POSTAL MONEY ORDER / CERTIFIED BANK CHEQUE / BANK DRAFT in the favour of High Commission for Pakistan Canberra .
♦ Nationals of countries other than above should contact the High Commission or our Office for their current Visa Fee.
Processing Time
It normally takes one week to process the visa applications. But in case of extreme emergency, visas can be granted earlier. Business visas would be processed by next working day on most occasions.
The above estimated fees are for Consulate/Embassy visa fee and CLS processing fee:
• The fees above are quoted for ONE Australian passport holder traveler
• For payment of visa fees via money order, an additional $7.00 will be charged for the purchase of the money order
• For return courier, additional fees will be incurred.

Once the applicant has completed all required forms and documentation, signed were applicable; please provide it along with the applicant's passport to CLS' office in Canberra. After all of the correct documentation has been received, we will begin the visa processing stage in association with the Embassy
