Note
When applying for a business visa, you must apply for an entry permit prior to arrival in PNG as you no longer not qualify to apply for an entry permit on arrival.

Passport
You must send your physical passport; copies cannot be used for visa issuance. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of intended travel and contain sufficient blank visa pages. Visas are stamps affixed to the blank "visa" pages of your passport. Amendment pages (clearly marked as such) in the back of your passport are not acceptable for visa issuance. The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date you plan to depart the country you intend to visit. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one prior to obtaining the visa.

Passport-Style Photographs
Passport photographs must meet Passport Photograph Regulations; recently taken and showing current appearance with a white background. Ensure that there is no damage to these photos and do not staple or glue the photos to the application.

Visa Requirements for Short term multiple entry
Persons entering PNG to attend business meetings, board meetings, conferences, conduct an exploratory business visit or participate in business negotiation. Employment is prohibited. 
Complete the “Application for Entry Permit” (Form 1)

Provide evidence of the appropriate visa fee paid. (see below for specific visa fee details)
Provide one passport size photo 
Provide documentary evidence as follows:
-Provide x2 separate Letters from business associate in PNG as well as Australian company indicating applicants details,  purpose of visit, duration of stay, location of business, and proposed frequency of visits. Both of these letters must be printed on the Companies own letter head. 
-Evidence of return/on-going ticket. (Itinerary)
-Appropriate applicable embassy visa fee, please see below for exact charges and acceptable forms of payment.

Additional Information
Dependents  of business entry permit holders can apply for a tourist entry permit at PNG Diplomatic missions or upon arrival at Jackson’s International Airport, Port Moresby (subject to eligibility).
A police certificate must be obtained from your local police authority for all applicants 16 years of age and over (including dependents) intending to travel to PNG for a period of 6 months or more. 

Validity
The Business Short Term Multiple Entry Permit is valid for 12 months with a stay of up to 60 days permitted on each arrival. A person may enter PNG up to and including the date of expiration of the Entry Permit as stated on the label. Once expired, applicants must re-apply.

Processing Times
For Visitor and Business entry permit applications processing time will be1-3 days while other applications will be subject to receipt of authority to issue from ICD Port Moresby.
The above estimated fees are for Consulate/Embassy visa fee and CLS processing fee:

• The fees above are quoted for ONE Australian passport holder traveler
• For payment of visa fees via money order, an additional $7.00 will be charged for the purchase of the money order
• For return courier, additional fees will be incurred.

Once the applicant has completed all required forms and documentation, signed were applicable; please provide it along with the applicant's passport to CLS' office in Canberra. After all of the correct documentation has been received, we will begin the visa processing stage in association with the Embassy or Consulate
