Passport
You must send your physical passport; copies cannot be used for visa issuance. Your passport must be valid and contain at least two adjacent blank visa pages. Visas are stamps affixed to the blank "visa" pages of your passport. Amendment pages (clearly marked as such) in the back of your passport are not acceptable for visa issuance. The passport expiration date must be greater than six months from the date you plan to depart the country you intend to visit. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one prior to obtaining the visa.

Passport-Style Photographs
You must provide two (2) identical passport photographs that meet Passport Photograph Regulations; recently taken, showing current appearance with a white background. Please ensure that there is no damage to these photos. Please do not staple or glue the photos to the application form.

Visa Requirements
♦ Applicants physical passport with minimum validity of 6 months remaining
♦ Two (2) recently taken, passport-size photograph
♦ One (1) Visa Application Form. Please ensure that this form is fully filled out. Please ensure that it is signed and dated at the bottom and that if a question does not apply to you please ensure that you write 'not applicable' in full. 
♦ Letter from the company in Australia requesting the issuance of an entry visa. 
♦ Health requirements.

Note
Visa is valid to enter Iraq for 1 month from date of issue, however longer visas can be issued if deemed necessary by the embassy. If travelling on a Official or Diplomatic passport you must also supply a TPN letter from the Department Of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Visa Fee
Visa fee is USD $40.00 dollars for each applicant in the form of cash (American dollars ONLY) (Official and Diplomatic passport holders are not required to pay a visa fee) 

Processing Time
Visa processing time is up to a maximum two months. However, please contact our office in regards to current visa processing time as it is often much quicker.

Once all applicable required forms and documentation has been fully completed and signed were applicable (as per above) and your passport is supplied, please send to our office in Canberra and we will begin the visa processing stage in association with the embassy. Please also ensure that once you have completed all applicable forms and supplied your passport that you also fully complete and signed.
