General Information
Passport You must send your physical passport; copies cannot be used for visa issuance. Your passport expiration date must be greater than six months from the date you plan to depart the country you intend to work in and must contain at least 2 adjacent blank pages. Foreign passport holders (i.e. not Australian or N.Z.) must submit an immigration residency permit showing at least two years prior residency
Passport-Style Photographs Passport photographs must meet Passport Photograph Regulations; recently taken and showing current appearance on a plain, white background. Ensure that there is no damage to these photos and do not staple or glue the photos to the application.
Visa Requirements ♦ Passport Must be Valid for at least 6 months after date of entry
♦ 2 Application Form duly completed
♦ 2 passport Sized Photos (2x2 Inch)
♦ A confirmed copy of Return Air Trip is required – Compulsory
♦ Australian Company Letter
A cover letter from the company in Australia explaining the position of the applicant, the purpose of visit and duration of stay. If deemed necessary, a guarantee on the availability of funds may be required to cover living expenses while in Indonesia.
♦ Indonesian Invitation Letter
A letter of invitation issued by the Indonesian Company explaining the position of the applicant, the purpose of visit and duration of stay. If deemed necessary, a guarantee on the availability of funds may be required to cover living expenses while in Indonesia. Processing Time It takes between 10-12 working days to process the visa, given that the required documents are provided and that the all the conditions are met.
Once all applicable required forms and documentation has been fully completed and signed were applicable (as per above) and your passport is supplied, please send to our office in Canberra and we will begin the visa processing stage in association with the embassy. Please also ensure that once you have completed all applicable forms and supplied your passport that you also fully complete and signed
