Passport
♦ You must send your physical passport; copies cannot be used for visa issuance. 
♦ Your passport must be valid and contain sufficient blank visa pages. 
♦Visas are stamps affixed to the blank "visa" pages of your passport. 
♦ Amendment pages (clearly marked as such) in the back of your passport are not acceptable for visa issuance. 
♦ The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date you plan to depart the country you intend to visit. 
♦ If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one prior to obtaining the visa.

Passport-Style Photographs
♦ Two (2) recent passport photographs. Must meet the current Passport Photograph Regulations: recently taken and showing current appearance on a plain, white background. Ensure that there is no damage to these photos and do not staple or glue the photos to the application form  

Application form
♦ One (1) Application form. Please ensure that this form is fully completed, signed and dated were applicable

♦ A Business letter or Letter of Invitation is required
♦ It must be printed on the Company's own letter head
♦ Must state the applicant's reason and dates of travel into Cambodia.
Payment of Visa Fees
♦ Visa fees must be paid in the form of a bank/company cheque or money order
♦ Must be made payable to the 'Royal Embassy of Cambodia.'
♦ Visas will be provided free of charge for children under 12 years of age if they are travelling with their parents.
Note
♦ A single entry visa it is valid if it is presented within three months from the date of issuance.
♦ A single entry visa is valid for a maximum stay of one month only, starting from the date of entry.
♦ The validity of diplomatic, official and courtesy visas can be extended at the Department of Consular and Legal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
♦ The validity of tourist and business visas can be extended at the Immigration Department, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
 Processing time 
♦ Visas can be processed within five (5-10) working days assuming that the required documents are provided and that the terms and conditions are met. 
♦ Urgent visas can be processed within 24 hours
A Cambodian Business Visa can be extended for: 
♦ One month (single entry) 
♦ Three months (single entry) 
♦ Six months (multiple entries) 
♦ One year (multiple entries) 
The above estimated fees are for Consulate/Embassy visa fee and CLS processing fee:
• The fees above are quoted for ONE Australian passport holder traveler
• For payment of visa fees via money order, an additional $7.00 will be charged for the purchase of the money order

Once the applicant has completed all required forms and documentation, signed were applicable; please provide it along with the applicant's passport to CLS' office in Canberra After all of the correct documentation has been received, we will begin the visa processing stage in association with the Embassy in Australia
