South African Police Clearance. Let CLS process your South African Police clearance certificate
Step 1
Complete the attached form, following all instructions Step 2 A copy of the details page of your passport or identity document, a full set of fingerprints taken by your local Police Service.
Step 2
A fee of ZAR 59.00 may be paid either electronically or via a Bank Draft.
If the payment is made in the form of a bank draft. Please note that the bank draft must be made out to the “South African Police Service” and must ONLY be payable at “Standard Bank of South Africa” (NOT Citibank) - no other bank draft other than those payable at Standard Bank will be accepted by the South African Police Service.

Step 3
Please organise all the required information, including a bank draft of ZAR59.00 (per applicant) or copy of the Bank transfer , finger prints obtainable from a local police station, residential details and your last employer’s name and address in South Africa. If you were not employed in South Africa this needs to be stated on your application and any other forms required to be completed. Place all these documents into an express post, or registered mail (preferably something that can be tracked), and send to the following address:

Step 4
Once we receive your documents we shall send them to South Africa. Please note that the process of having a police clearance certificate issued takes between six to nine weeks. We monitor the status of the application from one month after it has been submitted, and once we are informed that your certificate is ready we shall collect it from the South African Police Service and have it sent back to Australia. Once your certificate arrives in Australia we shall contact you to let you know we are sending it to you
Step 5
Our service charge is AU$191.68 per envelope containing one application for a police clearance, an additional charge of AU$79.95 per application thereafter contained within the same envelope. For example, a couple requiring police clearances will be charged $191.68 for the first application, and $79.95 for the second resulting in a total charge of $271.63 Please note that our charges include GST and 2.5% credit card processing fee.
